During Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley 2026, visitors will be able to join Midalidare Estate's special wine tours, which reveal the secrets of sparkling wine production and take guests behind the scenes of one of the most modern wineries in the country.
The tour takes you through the impressive underground galleries, the wine aging rooms, the remoulade and disgorgement areas, as well as the unique interactive space “The Road of Sparkling Wine”. The finale is in the special dome projection room, where visitors can enjoy a multimedia experience with a glass of Midalidare Blanc de Blancs Brut NV sparkling wine.
