GENERAL TERMS
For accommodation in the camping areas of the festival.
All persons on the territory of the camping areas agree to comply with the Conditions of the camping areas and declare that in case of failure to comply with the rules therein, they are aware and agree to pay penalties for their violation. The conditions of the camping areas are published on the official website - midalidarerock.bg of the organizer.
Check-in time slots from July 8 to July 11, 2025:
July 8 – from 12:00 to 21:00
July 9 – from 09:00 to 21:00
July 10 - 09:00 to 09:00 - 24 hours
July 11 – from 09:00 to 14:00
Pitches for campers and caravans are 45 sq.m or 32 sq.m.
Each caravan site is provided with a car space in a separate parking lot.
Each reservation for Camper area and Caravan area is for accommodation of up to 4 people. Each additional person needs to purchase an extra person ticket.
Each reservation for the Winery area and the River area is for accommodation of up to 2 people. Each additional person needs to purchase an extra person ticket.
Each tent site in the Winery area and the River area is 4 square meters in size.
If your tent/camper or caravan does not meet the specified requirements, it is necessary to purchase two or more adjacent sites according to the specified conditions.
No cars are allowed in the tented areas. After unloading the luggage in the area designated for the purpose, the cars should be moved to the established parking lots. Violators will be sanctioned by law enforcement.
Festival tents (purchased by the festival) will be prepared for use in the Winery area.
ONLY PERSONS WITH THREE-DAY TICKETS ACCOMMODATE IN THE CAMPING! Accommodation in the camping areas is not possible with one-day tickets.
VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND SANCTIONS
1. A person accommodated in the camping areas without a festival wristband and a camping wristband or with a one-day wristband is subject to immediate removal from the festival territory and owes a fine/penalty in the amount of BGN 300.00.
2. A person who violates public order on the territory of the campsites and festival areas is subject to immediate removal from the festival territory and owes a fine/penalty in the amount of BGN 300.
3. A person who tries to enter the camping areas with a cut or forged camping wristband is subject to immediate removal from the festival territory and owes a fine/penalty in the amount of BGN 300.
4. A person who lights a fire on the territory of the camping areas owes a fine/penalty in the amount of BGN 300, and in case of damages, up to the amount of the damages.
5. The fine/penalty is collected by a person authorized by the Event Organizer. The organizer of the event has the right to assistance from the law enforcement authorities.
We will be happy to welcome your pets as well. For the comfort of all, it is necessary to always be on a leash and cleaned up after them, regardless of their size and training.
Dispose of waste at designated locations.
It is necessary for all campers /in a tent, camper and caravan/ to bring their own equipment at their discretion.

- Your children are welcome at the event! Children up to 12 years of age with a companion are accommodated for free in the camping areas.
- Only persons with a three-day festival wristband and a camping wristband can be accommodated at the campsite.
- Camping wristbands that are cut or tampered with are considered invalid.
- Fires are not allowed on the territory of all camping areas.
- The use of grills is permitted in designated areas.
- Noise and loud music are not allowed in the campsite from 01:00 to 08:00 on each day.
- It is not allowed to disturb the public order on the territory of the camping sites and festival areas.
- In the period from Tuesday, July 8 to July 14, 12:00 p.m., public order control will be carried out by the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
- Once a reservation has been made for the camping areas, it cannot be changed or refunded.
- Tents and tent sites, as well as reservations for the Camper area and the Caravan area, are valid for the entire period of the festival, without the possibility of booking for one or several nights.
- All camping areas must be vacated by 12:00 on July 14, 2025.
