GENERAL TERMS
With the purchase of a ticket for an event organized by Midalidare Vineyards Ltd, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions:
The organizer of the event is "Midalidare Vineyards" EOOD.
Participant - any person who, on the basis of a valid ticket, free ticket or accreditation, enters the area of ​​the event organized by "Midalidare Vineyards" EOOD;
Event Area - any restricted area in which the organizer creates an event, associated areas and access areas.

2. The rules, regulations and conditions for the legal conduct of the event are objectified in the General Terms and Conditions, Camping Area Conditions and the Internal Rules.

3. The General Terms and Conditions, Camping Zone Terms and the Rules of Procedure are mandatory for all participants in the Midalidare Vineyards EOOD event, as well as for all suppliers of goods and services in the event area. By entering the event area, participants agree to abide by them unconditionally.
3.1 In the event that the participant or third parties do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions, Camping Area Conditions and the Internal Rules, the organizer has the right to deny them access to the event or remove them from the event. In this case, the ticket value is not refundable.
3.2. The organizer is only responsible for information communicated through its official means of communication.
3.3 The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to purchased tickets. The participant is solely responsible for the protection of his property.
3.4 The organizer has the right and obligation to require the participant in the event to observe all safety measures imposed by the current legislation.
3.5 The organizer has the right to impose any security measures on the participants of the event and on the organizing team, in order to guarantee their health and safety.
3.6 The participants in the event are obliged to inform themselves about the General Terms and Conditions, Conditions for camping areas and the Regulations for the internal order in the period from 07.12.2024. until 13.07.25 on the official website – midalidarerock.bg of the organizer. Within 15 to 30 days before the event, they should recall on the organizer's official website the complete information about the event related to transport, parking, accommodation in tents or caravans, access to the event areas, following markings and signs, as well as all directions and precautions.

4. Access, stay and security.
4.1. Access to the event area will only be possible with the purchase of a valid ticket, free ticket or accreditation, starting with the time announced by the organizer on its official website – midalidarerock.bg.
4.2. The organizer, through the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has the right to request an identity document, both when entering the event and during the event.
4.3. The organizer reserves the right to deny access to a participant/third parties in the event area and to remove a participant/third parties at any time from the event, in case of violation of the General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Rules, Camping Area Conditions and/or the laws of the country.
4.4. Attendance at the event by persons without an identity document, student card and declaration in accordance with item 4.5 is prohibited. Upon inspection by the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the participant/third parties may be removed from the event.
4.5. Parents, guardians, guardians or other persons caring for a child are required to accompany him/her to the event and are responsible for his/her safety. In the event that they cannot accompany him/her, they are obliged to provide an adult of legal capacity for his/her companion, for which a declaration from a parent is submitted.
4.6. Registration takes place on the spot in the ticket control located right next to the entrance to the festival. After checking the ticket, a wristband is placed, with which the participant is granted access to the event for the period specified in the purchased ticket. Each bracelet is individual and cannot be transferred to other participants. If the integrity of the bracelet is violated, access to the event will be denied.
4.7. Event participants are not allowed to enter the event area with: audio/video equipment, recording equipment, intoxicants, food, drinks, bottles, glow sticks, umbrellas (in case of rain we recommend the use of raincoats), fireworks, firearms, lasers, folding chairs, sharp objects, bombs and other incendiary and explosive objects and mixtures or any objects that create a danger to other participants.
4.8. Event participants are not allowed to sell goods or offer them for free consumption at the event location without the express, written permission of the organizer.
4.9. Strollers are allowed, but they are not allowed in the area in front of the stage;
4.10. It is allowed to bring in water in a permissible size of 0.500 l, and removing the cap is mandatory;

5. Responsibility of the Organizer
5.1. The organizer is liable in case of loss/damage caused to the participants due to negligence on the part of the organizer. Compensable damages are established with the occurrence insurance.
The organizer is not responsible for the following damages:

– hearing/sight problems of participants caused by participation in the event.
– loss of property, damage or theft of a participant's item in the event area.
– loss caused by other participants in the event.

5.2. The organizer is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure.
5.3. All provisions in this section of the terms and conditions also apply to third parties participating in the event.

6. Records
The organizer has the right to make recordings of the event, broadcast these recordings in the public space, allow third parties to broadcast the images. Participants declare that by participating in the event, they consent to the organizer recording and broadcasting their image if it appears in materials related to the event.

7. Intellectual Rights
7.1. In accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act, event participants may not make commercial recordings of images or sounds during the event and may have their equipment confiscated if they do so.
7.2. Event participants are not allowed to reproduce the official visual of the event (poster/flyer etc.), use the image and name of the artists (or any names, logos or brands) associated with the event, tickets/free tickets for promotion or commercial use without the prior written consent of the promoter.
7.3. Event participants who violate any of the above rules are liable for compensation.

8. Dates and Places
8.1. The organizer announces the date and time of the event when publishing official materials, through press releases, on the official website - midalidarerock.bg, as well as all official communication channels of Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley.
8.2. The organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event.
8.3. The ticket is non-refundable, except for canceled events. Changing or rescheduling the event does not constitute grounds for a refund of ticket costs. When the event is rescheduled, the purchased ticket remains valid for the new rescheduled date.

9. Complaints and Claims
Within a period of one month after the date of the event, the participants can declare a discrepancy between the announced and realized event, incl. to attach proof of this (if available) to the organizer of the event by email: inforock@midalidare.bg. The organizer should check the case and respond within 14 days with an opinion on resolving the case.
In case of non-submission of an application for non-conformities within one month, it is considered that the participants do not have any objections regarding the quality of the held event.

10. General conditions
10.1. All disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement. In the event that this is not possible, disputes are resolved by court order, on the territory of the seat of the organizer.
10.2. The agreement will comply with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

11. Specific Terms
11.1 Depending on the characteristics of the event and/or the requests of the artists, the organizer reserves the right to make additions/changes to the General Terms and Conditions and Rules for the Internal Order, Camping Zone Conditions, and these changes will be communicated through the website - midalidarerock.bg. Event information may be updated. Therefore, participants should monitor and check before the event to get the information they need.

These additions/amendments (Specific Conditions) apply together with the presented General Conditions and Internal Rules.

11.3. Visitors who will use the camping areas can pay for their reservation through Eventim within a period announced by the organizer on the official website of the event, as well as the official communication channels, until the places are exhausted.
11.4. Bags or backpacks that are needed by the participant in the festival area due to illness are registered and marked in advance with the presentation of relevant certificates or medical prescriptions. Registration takes place at the Info center located next to the festival entrance;
11.5. Disadvantaged people register their pass ticket and if they have a companion, they do not pay a companion ticket. They must provide a document certifying the need for a companion. A bracelet will be placed in their place.
11.6. The medical center is available 24/7 and is located in the administrative building.
11.7. You can make a reservation for wine tours and wine courses in the order indicated on the website - www.midalidarerock.bg.
11.8. The wine shop, which is located in front of the festival entrance, is open from 14:00 to 00:00. In the store you can pay in cash or by credit/debit card;
11.9. There are no ATMs in the festival area and the territory of the settlement;
11.10. The festival's merchandise stands are open from 14:00 to 00:00;
11.11. Payment in the festival area is only possible with a festival, debit or credit card;
11.12. Pets are allowed on occasion up to 1 m.;
11.13. Festival cup:
You will receive a festival glass at each of the drink bars in the festival area. A deposit for the number of cups will be charged to your account, which will be refunded when you return the cup to the cup return point;
If you wish to exchange your glass for a new one, you can do so at any bar on the event grounds;
