Ticket—a document in paper or electronic form containing a unique barcode and/or QR code that grants the right to access the event subject to the terms of these General Terms and Conditions.
2. General Terms and Conditions and Internal Rules
2.1. The General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Rules are binding on all participants in the event organized by “Midalidare” EOOD, as well as on all suppliers of goods and services within the event area. By entering the event area, participants unconditionally agree to comply with them.
2.2. If a participant fails to comply with the Internal Rules and General Terms and Conditions, the Organizer has the right to deny them access to the event or to remove them from the event. In this case, the ticket price will not be refunded.
2.3. The Organizer is responsible only for information communicated through its official channels, and not for information from other sources.
2.4. The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, damage, copying, unauthorized distribution, sharing, or misuse of purchased tickets, including their barcode and/or QR code, when this results from the actions or omissions of the ticket purchaser or a third party beyond the Organizer’s control. The participant and/or the person who purchased the ticket are required to keep the ticket and its barcode/QR code safe and confidential, and not to publish, transfer, send, or display them in a manner that allows for copying or reuse by third parties.
2.5. The organizer has the right and obligation to require event participants to comply with all safety measures mandated by applicable law.
2.6. The organizer has the right to impose any security measures on event participants and the organizing team in order to ensure their health and safety.

3.1.1. When Eventim is designated by the Organizer as the official ticketing partner for the event, only tickets purchased through Eventim and/or through the sales channels officially designated by the Organizer are valid for admission. This requirement does not apply to free tickets, invitations, and accreditations issued directly by the Organizer.
3.1.2. Each ticket contains a unique barcode and/or QR code and grants a single entry in accordance with its type and the event’s terms and conditions. The ticket is valid until it is checked and successfully validated at the entrance. After the first successful scan/validation, the ticket is considered used and cannot be reused, regardless of whether it is presented on paper, on a mobile device, as a photo, copy, printout, or in any other form.
3.1.3. If more than one ticket with the same barcode and/or QR code is presented, only the person whose ticket was scanned and validated first by the access control system will be granted access. For all subsequent presentations of the same barcode and/or QR code, the Organizer reserves the right to deny access without being obligated to refund the ticket price.
3.1.4. The purchase of tickets from unofficial sources, including private individuals, classified ad websites, social media, unauthorized resellers, or other channels not expressly designated by the Organizer, is entirely at the purchaser’s own risk. The Organizer does not guarantee the validity of such tickets and reserves the right to deny access if there is suspicion of a duplicated, used, counterfeit, or invalid ticket.
3.1.5. In the event of suspected ticket misuse, including duplication of a barcode and/or QR code, resale of a previously used ticket, forgery, or use of a ticket in violation of these General Terms and Conditions, the Organizer has the right to request identification, an order confirmation, a payment receipt, or any other document verifying the origin and holder of the ticket.
3.1.6. The person who purchased the ticket is required to retain the ticket until the end of the event or until they have completely left the event area, and to present it upon request by the Organizer or authorized security personnel.
3.2. The Organizer, through the Ministry of Interior authorities, has the right to request identification both upon entry to the event and during the event.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to deny a participant access to the event area and to remove a participant from the event at any time in the event of a violation of the Internal Rules, the General Terms and Conditions, and/or the laws of the country.
