GENERAL TERMS
With the purchase of a ticket for an event organized by Midalidare Vineyards Ltd, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions :
- The Organizer of the event is Midalidare Vineyards Ltd.

- Participant - any person who, on the basis of a valid ticket, complimentary ticket or press accreditation, enters the event area organised by Midalidare Vineyards Ltd;

- Event Zone - any restricted area in which the organiser sets up an event, connected areas and access areas.

2. Terms and Conditions, Rules of Procedure:
The General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Regulations are binding for all participants of the Midalidare Vineyards Ltd. event and all suppliers of goods and services in the event area. By entering the event area, participants unconditionally agree to comply with them.
2.1 In the event that the participant does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Regulations, the organiser has the right to refuse the Participant access to enter the event or remove the Participant from the event altogether. In this case, the ticket price paid by the participant will not be refunded.
2.2 .The Organizer is only responsible for information communicated through its official channels of communication and not for information from other sources.
2.3 The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to purchased tickets.
The Participants are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets.
2.4 The Organizer has the right and obligation to require the Participant to observe all safety measures.
2.5. Registration is done at the ticket control located right next to the entrance of the festival. A wristband is placed on the hand after ticket verification, which grants the participant access to the event for the period specified in the the purchased ticket. Each wristband is individual and cannot be reassigned to other participants. If the integrity of the wristband is compromised, access to the event will will be denied.
2.6 The Organizer shall have the right to impose any security measures on the Event to Participants and the Organizers' Team to ensure their health and safety.
2.7 Participants in the event are obliged to inform themselves about the General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Regulations in the period from 01.02.2024 to 30.06.24 on the official website - midalidarerock.bg of the organizer. Within 15 to 30 days prior to the event, they should recall on the official website of the organizer the complete information about the event related to transportation, parking, accommodation in tents or caravans, access to the event areas, following the markings and signs, as well as all instructions and precautions.

3. Access, stay and security.
3.1 Access to the event area will only be granted with the purchase of a valid ticket, free ticket or accreditation, starting with the time announced by the Organizer on its official website - midalidarerock.bg.
3.2. The Organizer, through the authorities of the Ministry of the Interior, has the right to ask for ID of Participants, both upon entry into the event and during the event.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a Participant access to the event area and to remove a Participant at any time from the event in the event of a breach of the General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Regulations and/or the laws of the country.
3.4. It is forbidden for persons without a valid ID, student ID or declaration from the parents to attend the event. In case of inspection by the Ministry of Interior authorities, the Participant may be removed from the event.
3.5. Event Participants are not allowed to enter the event area with: audio/video equipment, recording equipment, drugs, food, drinks, glass or plastic bottles, glow sticks, umbrellas (in case of rain we recommend the use of raincoats), fireworks, firearms, sharp objects, bombs and other flammable and explosive objects and mixtures or any objects that create a danger to other Participants.
3.6. Event Participants may not sell goods or offer them for free at the venue, without the written permission of the Organizer.
3.7. Parents, guardians, custodians or other caregivers are required to accompany their children to the event and are responsible for their children's safety at all times.
3.8. Bringing and using folding chairs is only permitted at a regulated area of the event;
3.9. Strollers are permitted, but are not allowed in the area in front of the stage;
3.10. It is allowed to bring water in a permissible 0.500 litre, the removal of the cap is mandatory;

4. Responsibility of the Organizer
4.1. The Organizer shall be liable in the event that losses/damages are caused to Participants due to the Organizer's negligence. The damages to be compensated shall be established by the event insurance.
The Organizer is not liable for the following damages:
- Hearing/vision problems of participants caused by participation in the event.
- Loss of property, damage or theft of participant's belongings in the event area.
- Loss caused by other participants at the event.
4.2 The Organizer is not responsible for any loss caused by force majeure.
4.3. All provisions in this section of the terms and conditions also apply to the Organizer's employees as well as third parties participating in the event.

5. Recordings
The Organizer is entitled to make recordings of the event, to broadcast these recordings in the public domain, to allow third parties to broadcast the images. Participants declare that by participating in the event, they agree to the Organizer making a recording and broadcasting their image if it appears in the materials related to the event.

6. Intellectual rights
6.1. Under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, Participants in the event are not permitted to commercially record images or sounds during the event and if they do, their equipment may be confiscated. Visitors may not publish or commercialise recordings of the event.
6.2. Event attendees are not allowed to reproduce the official visuals of the event (poster/flyer etc.), use the image and name of the artists (or any names, logos or brands) associated with the event, tickets/free tickets for promotion or commercial use without prior written consent of the Organizer.
6.3. Event Participants who breach any of the above rules will be liable for compensation.

7. Dates and locations
7.1. The Organizer announces the date and time of the event when publishing official materials, through press releases, on the official website - midalidarerock.bg, as well as all official communication channels of Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley.
7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates of the event.
7.3. Tickets are non-refundable, except for cancelled events. Rescheduling of the event does not constitute a reason for ticket refund. Where an event is rescheduled, the ticket purchased remains valid for the new rescheduled date.

8. Complaints and claims
Within one month after the date of the event, the participants may claim a discrepancy between the announced and the realised event, incl. to attach evidence of this (if available) to the event organiser by email: inforock@midalidare.bg. The event Organizer should check the case and reply within 14 days with an opinion on the resolution of the case.
In case of failure to report any discrepancies within one month, the participants shall be deemed to have no objection to the quality of the event.

9. General conditions
9.1 All disputes will be resolved amicably. In the event that this is not possible, disputes shall be settled by judicial procedure in the territory of the Organizer's registered office.
9.2. The Agreement will comply with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

10. Specific conditions
10.1 Depending on the characteristics of the event and/or the requests of the artists, the Organizer reserves the right to make additions/changes to the General Terms and Conditions and Internal Regulations, and these changes will be communicated via the website - midalidarerock.bg. Event information is subject to update. Participants should therefore monitor and check before the event to obtain the information they require.

These additions/amendments (Specific Conditions) apply together with the presented General Conditions and Internal Regulations.

10.2 Visitors who will be using caravans and tents can pay for their booking via Eventim from 03.01.2024 until spaces run out.

10.3 Bags or rucksacks that are necessary for the Prticipant in the festival area due to illness are registered and marked in advance with the presentation of the relevant certificates or medical prescriptions. Registration takes place on site at the Info Centre located next to the festival entrance;
10.4 Disabled people register their pass ticket and if they have a companion, do not pay for a companion ticket. A wristband will be placed for them on site. They should provide proof of the need for a chaperone;
10.5 The medical station is available 24 hours a day and is located in the administration building, marked with a red illuminated cross. The information is published on the website - midalidarerock.bg.
10.6 You can book wine tours and wine courses in the order indicated on the website - www.midalidarerock.bg.
10.7 The wine shop, located at the entrance to the festival, is open from 14:00 to 00:00. The shop is available for payment in cash or by credit/debit card;
10.8 There are no ATMs in the festival area and the settlement;
10.9 Merchandise booths at the festival are open from 14:00 to 00:00;
10.10 Payment in the festival area is only possible with a festival, debit or credit card;
10.11 Pets on a leash up to 1 m. are allowed;
10.12 Festival cup:
You will receive a festival cup at each of the beverage bars in the festival area. A deposit will be charged to your account for the number of cups, which will be refunded when you return the cup to the cup return point;
If you wish to exchange your cup for a new one, you may do so at any bar on the event grounds;
The cup return point will be marked on the map.
