A lecture that is suitable even for many novice wine connoisseurs, where you will get information about the types of wines that are produced in Bulgaria and around the world. How are white, rosé and red wines made, in which production stages is the color, aroma and taste of the wine formed, what is the importance of the raw material, yeast and technology? We will taste: 1 young white, 1 white with oak, 1 rosé, 1 young red and 1 red aged wine.
